Eyeball.it was designed to reduce travel time to the minimum and breach the distance between home buyers and brokers, facilitating an easy, comfortable and convenient alternative to property tours.

It allows brokers to shift their focus from travel to offering a superior customer experience and increase response time.

It begins, as these stories often do, with a couple of frustrated coders. We were looking for a place to hang our hats, you see and were shocked at the amount of time required to find one. 
After weeks of tours and running across town ten times over, only to be let down and have our desired apartment snatched from right under our noses we were frustrated enough to consider an alternative. There had to be a better way! 

Talking to every agent, landlord and broker we could find, we realised this is a pandemic. The sellers themselves often spend an obscene amount of time yo-yoing between assets before they can find a solid buyer, missing countless opportunities along the way.

We decided this had to change and we had the skills to make it happen. 

Wouldn't it be so much better if you could tour a property on your laptop or mobile, in comfort and in your own time? Why not go visit the properties you’re genuinely interested in, but spare precious time if you're not?
