Compri Consulting is searching for a Back-end Developer (Python) for our client in the Denver Tech Center.


We are seeking a Back-end Developer (mid to senior-level) proficient in Python. This dynamic individual will be responsible for building and designing performant and effective back-end solutions that support complex business rules/flows.

The engineering team is committed to agile value delivery and solid engineering principles, as well as continuously improving their craft. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering software as a service, enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment and will go the extra mile to get the job done right.

This position is currently remote but will be based in the Denver Tech Center when they return to work. The client provides opportunities to work with breakthrough technology, exciting customers, and fantastic colleagues from around the world.

  • Participate in the design, implement and deliver complex products for the users.
  • Deploy and maintain critical applications on cloud-native microservices architecture.
  • Support and work alongside a cross-functional engineering team on the latest technologies.

Required Skills
  • 2+ years with Python manipulating and aggregating data

Desired Skills
  • 5+ years' experience in developing commercial applications with Microsoft .Net Core and C# and C# Design patterns
  • 3+ years with Web Services with ASP .Net Core and/or Flask
  • Experience with NoSql, Data Lakes
  • Experience with Azure, Azure Function Apps, Azure WebApp, Queues, Blobs, CDN
  • Usage of JSON
  • Pandas, Numpy
  • Docker Containers
  • Experience Asynchronous programming
  • Practical knowledge of Agile/Scrum development, testing platforms and MS TFS/GIT
  • Experience working in an agile environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • BS in Computer Science or equivalent engineering degree
  • Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms and variety of design paradigms including OO design
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities

  • Geospatial and weather-related programming and concepts
  • Global time concepts
