Location : NYC / Remote

Duration: 3 -6 months with possible Contract to hire.

Client is looking for a data analyst to draw insights from our extensive set of customer data. This requires proficiency in business

intelligence tools, and a strong business sense.

Candidate will perform strategic business analyses for various departments and synthesize findings to business leaders. These analyses will

provide the foundation for future business strategies. The data that you model and analyze will be used to monitor and identify areas

for improvement. You will have the opportunity to further your knowledge in analytics within the digital marketing space and

collaborate with various digital marketing channels to create holistic solutions for marketing team.

This individual is responsible for leading the analytics for Marketing & Digital teams.

• Experience in deep dive analysis on customer attribute data to produce quality insights that drive marketing

strategies and business value

• Collaborate with internal and external customers to develop and execute targeted, triggered email campaigns

and optimize reporting systems and tools.

• Efficient analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly scope and deliver on an analytical ask and to

work iteratively to refine a solution as needed

• Demonstrated strategic thinker and ability to bring thought leadership and guidance toward the cross functional

teams this role partners with

• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that analytics and insights are embedded in decision

making

• Keep up to date with technological advancements in the analytics industry.

• Key participant in customer insights conversations with Tech/ Data and Marketing Teams 20%

Education and Professional Requirements

Below are the professional requirements for this position, including years of experience, level of education, special

certifications/designation or licenses; job specific knowledge and abilities, general business acumen, technical or other skills such as

position specific software, other required skills.

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Economics, etc) or sufficient on the job use of related

skills

• Knowledge of SQL and Python to transform, manipulate and analyze customer attribute data (including transactions, web browsing,

inventory) and turn into revenue driving insights

• Ability to drive analyses that decomposes drivers of business performance across various dimensions: customer segment, product,

selling channel, media channel

• Ability to concisely explain insights coming from complex data analyses through effective verbal/written communication and

compelling data visualizations

• Experience with Snowflake, AWS, Tableau, AIrflow, Spark, Adobe Analytics is a plus

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work autonomously with minimal supervision
