DevOps Engineer (Python)

Position Description
Working with a client to transform their multi-faceted and disparate systems into a unified and optimized CI/CD pipeline, leveraging a variety of DevSecOps tools. Act as a thought leader in this space and introduce new best practices and socialize them across the client enterprise. Role includes hands-on development of new code and enhancements to client applications and processes.

Your future duties and responsibilities
Work to strategize and develop CI/CD pipelines and templates to assist development efforts for products running in AWS. Implement these processes in an agile methodology and perform activities to institutionalize and maintain the solutions.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Experience in working in a DevOps transformation project. Experience with AWS, CI/CD tools (Jenkins/GitLab), Kubernetes, Docker, ELK, Redis, Terraform, and Python.

AWS - 3 to 5+ years - Intermediate to advanced

Kubernetes - 3 to 5+ years - Intermediate to advanced

Docker - 3 to 5+ years - Intermediate to advanced

ELK - 3 to 5+ years - Intermediate to advanced

Redis - 3 to 5+ years - Intermediate to advanced
Terraform - 3 to 5+ years - Intermediate to advanced
Python - 3 to 5+ years - Intermediate to advanced

Desired qualifications/non-essential skills required

Azure or Google Cloud knowledge - 2 to 4 years
React - 2 to 4 years
Scripting - 2 to 4 years
Monitoring and alerting practices - 2 to 4 years
Performance tuning - 2 to 4 years

Est. Salary Range (Colorado Only): $84K-$150K*
