A fast-growing Fintech start up based in Boston is quickly scaling up their Engineering organization. This company is a leader in driving digital transformation at banks globally. Their platform helps banks win customers through real time lending, data science, digital customer experience, and marketing automation. Since March, this company has positively impacted over 200,000 small business to receive PPP Loan Forgiveness to survive the pandemic.

The Engineering team is a tight-knit and collaborative group with a get it done attitude. Working in one week sprint cycles, you will play an integral role on the team. You will closely with your Scrum Team and the Product Team to analyze complex software requirements into user stories for planning and execution, build new features and functions, and deploy in the cloud. The technology stack in the environment is Python, Angular, Postgres, and AWS. The ideal candidate will have a background working for start up companies with changing priorities and occasional last minute deadlines. You must be self-motivated and take action when there is limited guidance.

This role will sit 100% remote but does require working East Coast hours. This exciting Venture backed Start Up has a huge spotlight in the industry and is going to be doubling in size over the next year!

Job Requirements:

• 4+ years of Software Development (Python/Angular 8.0)
• 2+ years experience building and deploying applications in AWS
• Experience working in a Start-Up environment with ability to shift priorities to meet tight deadlines
• Self-Starter personality

• Experience writing Lambda functions
