Based in Redwood City, we are an established, innovative medical device company in the minimally invasive treatment space. We are growing out our R&D software development team and this is a fantastic time to join our company. We are bringing everything in-house and you will work directly with the Director of Software Development to help build and contribute to bettering patient's lives. We would like candidates to be local to Redwood City for a collaborative environment and partial remote down the road.

What You Will Be Doing

• Collaborate with and across teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions using full stack and front end development tools and technologies.
• Own the technical design and development of cross-functional, multi-platform application systems.
• Share your passion for staying on top of tech trends, experimenting with and learning new technologies, participating in internal & external technology communities.
• Deliver robust cloud-based solutions that drive powerful experiences.
• Contribute to both new product development and maintenance/sustaining development efforts.

What You Need for this Position

4-6 Years Of Experience In The Following

• Medical device - Healthcare - Biotech - HIPAA
• Cloud-based web applications
• Cloud-native implementations
• Back-end: Python / Ruby / Go / TypeScript
• Back-end: Django / Ruby on Rails / NodeJS
• Front-end: VueJS / Bootstrap/ Angular
• PostgreSQL - MySQL - MSSQL - database technologies
• Consumer or client-facing a plus
• BS/MS in an Engineering discipline
