The Solutions Developer is responsible for researching, designing, developing, testing, and implementing custom in-house software solutions and financial core processes that support strategic initiatives. The Solutions Developer is an active participant in problem solving and product/service design and is routinely sought after as a source of innovative problem solving.


  • 35% Design, development and administration of robust, multi-tier data-driven software solutions.
  • 25% Design and development of batch scripts for in-house financial core.
  • 10% Design and development of in-house data warehouse reports and data integration routines.
  • 10% Act as tier three support for the Core Systems team.
  • 10% Interact with internal members regarding organizational strategic direction, technology context, and business technical information technology needs.
  • 10% Provides technical knowledge and programming in all aspects of technology initiatives.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field), or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years software development experience is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of enterprise-class database analysis and design is required.
  • Strong understanding of multiple of the following: ASP.NET, C#, MS SQL, PYTHON, UNIX, C++, Visual Basic, Microsoft Access, HTML, and JavaScript is required, as well as a robust understanding of Microsoft Windows Server and Workstation.
  • Episys/Symitar development experience highly desirable but not required
  • Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities while meeting strict deadlines. Ability to maintain progress on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to manage application development through the principles of the Systems Development Life Cycle.
