As part of this effort, we are creating an Application Security Workbench to provide comprehensive visibility and management of application security for Developers, Architects and Business Units at varying levels of granularity. To assist with the development and ongoing expansion of the workbench we are recruiting a Lead Python Developer to assist in the development of new features and stability in our stack.NOTE: This role is based out of Roseland or Alpharetta with 80% remote option availableRESPONSIBILITIES Function as a Lead Developer working closely with the development team to oversee and improve our Python based components. Respond to Epics/Stories/Tasks with architecture proposals, detailed workplans and sizing Ensure that code and design inside the system meets performance, scalability and reliability requirements Take ownership of the full life cycle of complex development (design, develop, test, staging, deployment) Work with junior engineers to issue guidance, mentorship and hands-on collaborationREQUIREMENTS Minimum of three years of experience in Python3 development specifically OOP and building libraries, Flask and SQLAlchemy Experience with Agile methodologies and systems such as Scrum, Kanban, Jira Experience with GIT or a similar version control system Experience with Restful services, HTTP Protocols and JSON formatting Ability to communicate and document designs and concepts to other team members effectivelyPreferred QualificationsSolid understanding of best security practices in the development life cycle Minimum of two years in an enterprise technology environment#LITECHAbout ADPWe're designing a better way to work, so you can achieve what you're working for.
