Lead Software Developer (Java or Python) - Remote/Malvern, PA

I am seeking a Lead Software Developer for a growing company near Malvern, PA. The team is working remotely currently but they are looking for someone can be in the office a couple days a week post COVID.

This is an exciting full time permanent opportunity to join a cutting edge team. They are looking for someone that can mentor and teach the others while staying hands on and technical, and grow into a management position as the company grows.

Qualified Candidates Will Have Most Of The Following Experience

• Hands on Java and/or Python development experience
• Ruby on Rails experience is a plus
• Machine learning is a plus
• DevOps/Cloud experience is a plus
• Experience acting as a team lead and the desire to grow into a management role
• Smart problem solving abilities
• Healthcare Technology/Clinical technology is a plus
