Our client is an Energy solutions company in center city Philadelphia and looking for a long term Python contractor at $60/hour. They are a well-established team with offices in Philadelphia and Princeton, NJ. They hire sharp engineers who are polyglots as their applications vary from department to department. This specific team is building a call center application which is using angular on the frontend and python on the backend. The right developer will have at least 2 years of professional experience with backend python programming and understanding of javascript. You do not need production expereince with angular specifically.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of software engineering experience
• Javascript; angular, react, vue
• Strong foundation in Python
• Previous use of Django or flask
• Ability to build and consume API's
• Understanding of AWS
• Interest or side projects in PHP
• Understanding of C#
• Experience with Docker

What You Will Be Doing

Tech Breakdown

• 20% frontend development
• 80% backend development

The Offer
