Join us in driving the genomic revolution!As a Principal Software Engineer, you are an integral part of our team and will contribute your creativity and expertise in Python to develop a scientific computing software to accelerate internal R efforts.Responsibilities:Design and build novel scientific computing codebase.Develop creative algorithms to enhance probabilistic simulation and inference pipelines.Apply software engineering best practices, resulting in high-quality code.Contribute to existing and evolving research pipelines.Enhance code efficiency through refactoring, optimization, testing, and documentation.Collaborate with other data-science teams: signal processing, deep learning, bioinformatics.Support team and external discussions by demonstrating software with compelling and clear communication.Who You AreWhen you join us, you will have meaningful work developing an innovative technology that saves and improves lives around the world. And, we offer a competitive salary with a rich benefits package.Qualifications:Bachelor's in Computer Science, Life Sciences, Physics, or similar scientific/engineering with a minimum of 6 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience to perform at this level.
