Our client, a financial services industry leader, is looking for a Python Development Lead to work on a strategic project. You will be developing new products and enhancements to existing products.

This is a contract to hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Requirements of the Python Development Lead:

  • At least 10 years of experience
  • Python and Kafka are required
  • Background in SQL
  • Experience as a development lead
  • Ability to design and implement best solution
  • Ability to see solutions through to completion
  • Financial experience is a must
  • Experience with code reviews
  • DevOps environment experience
  • Git for source control/code repository
  • Ability to make sure testing is done
  • Strong communication skill
