Location: Post Covid - San Jose, CA

Full time only.

Salary : 120-130K per annum + Benefits (Negotiable for right candidate)

• 12+ years of experience with End to End development
• Strong development background using Python OR JAVA
• Good analytical, problem solving and debugging skills
• Networking domain knowledge including NFV, SDN
• Good understanding of design patterns
• NSO experience would be added advantage
• Excellent interpersonal (right attitude, ready to Learn, positive approach, accountable, ask for help), written and oral communication skills
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Experience leading team of 6-8 engineers
• Experience managing customer communication and expectations
• Agile working experience in addition to best engineering practices
• Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, management and customers
• Motivated self-starter with a high capacity for rapid learning and meticulous attention to detail
