Location: Will Sit Boston MA office after Pandemic

Mandatory Experience: Heavy Python, Cloud and FixedIncome

The Expertise You Have

• BS or MS in Computer Science or engineering related degree, or equivalent.
• Experience with Python development and python packages such as Pandas and NumPy.
• Experience with AWS/Azure cloud environment development and deployment.
• Expert in Compiled OOP language (preferably using .NET, but as an alternative, Java)
• Specialist in Software Solution Design and problem-solving techniques
• Experience in web application development in modern frameworks such as Angular

The Skills You Bring

• A qualified candidate will be forward-thinking, highly motivated and self-starting, able to work effectively within a small complementary team, as well as work efficiently on independent assignments.
• You have minimum of 10+ years of software engineering development experience.
• You have confirmed hands-on experience developing web services
• You are a skilled engineer capable of moving seamlessly between iterative prototyping and enterprise strength application/service development.
• Familiarity with asset classes such as equity and fixed-income securities is a plus.
• Being an excellent teammate in a small & multifaceted development environment and working with Quant Analysts supporting strategic projects such as Cross Asset Risk Platform
• Supporting the needs of our investment professionals and senior management in the areas of custom tools development, data analysis & information representation
