What You Will Be Doing

The Lead Software Engineer has a critical role in our companys product development and delivery process.

You are both a seasoned software engineer and an effective manager and mentor.

Work with the product team to translate product requirements to technical specifications

Conduct architecture review, sprint kickoffs, retrospect meetings, and standups with the development team

Own the deployment process and communication to the business

Mentor more junior developers

Make architectural decisions as necessary to support product development

Make technical decisions that put primary emphasis on security and reliability

What You Need for this Position

5 Years Of Experience With

Coding in a major Javascript ecosystem such as React/Angular/Vue/jQuery

Python development

3+ years with SQL

3+ years of experience managing a small team of software developers using scrum methodology, or a strong desire to take on this challenge

3+ years of experience working with API design and development
