This is an extremely unique opportunity that allows you to be player-coach as Scrum Master & Python Developer for our small, but mighty team. You will work in multiple languages, own your projects, make your own technical decisions and use brand new technologies like AI and serverless applications. You would work from our Chicago office. This role would entail ~20% time as scrum master and ~80% time as Python Developer.

Scrum Master Requirements:

• 1+ Years experience as Scrum Master for our scrum shop.
• Certified Scrum Master or equivalent.
• Jira experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Impecably organized.

Python Requirements:

• Solid understanding of Python and experience using it to architect web applications.
• Understanding of MySQL query design/optimization and database normalization.
• Ability to accurately estimate and meet project timelines.
• Ability to work with minimal direction and oversight on multiple projects with efficient timelines.
