One of our clients in Irvine is currently looking to bring on a Senior Java Engineer with some Python experience preferred. They're developing in Java, Spring Boot, Python, Rest API, Docker, Kubernetes, Microservices and AWS, and building new ETL pipelines and data lakes for the brand new features. This role will be 100% backend and you'll do a mixture of new development and enhancements. You'll also work on their main flagship application that is both externally facing and internally used. You'll work on a 10 person team and they're looking to bring on someone since they have an influx of projects coming in. They're also very team oriented and are looking for an engineer who is team oriented and possesses a good attitude. This full time role will be up to $170K total comp including base and bonus. It also comes with 401K matching, a generous PTO package and full benefits. During Covid-19, this role will be 100% remote. Post Covid, you'll have to be onsite in Irvine.
Required Skills & Experience

• At least 7 years of production Java experience
• 3-4 years of Python experience is preferred
• Spring Boot

• Strong algorithm and backend skills
