As a(n) Software Developer Lead (Python) within PNC's ALM/Risk/QRM organization, you will be based anywhere PNC Bank has a footprint. Job description1. Design and develop technology solutions aligned with the business case and complex use cases 2. Work within the paradigm of Agile or Waterfall implementations and align with the project methods and practices for software development.3. Document software design, specs and process steps as per the business requirements, develop software code using best practices, test code under difference data scenarios, validate and perform migrations the code4. Do daily operations to manage IT environments such as perform upgrades working with system integrations and also do maintenance / support for all implementation runs.5. Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues.6. Display an innovative approach to apply modern principles, methodologies and tools to advance technology solution capabilities.• Proficient in Python coding using Pandas, MatPlot lib, Scheduling, SQLlite, • Proficient with use of Soap UI• Proficient with Unix shell scripting. • Demonstrate experience to manage complex logics for data sourcing, file transfers, complex data transformations involving multiple look ups, scheduling of jobs, and reporting code creation. • Experienced in web services development in Flask or Django for interface Python logics to communicate both way with the User Interface.• Candidate should have used JSON and XML formats in coding. • Expert with system design and architecture of service oriented and microservices framework. • Ability to document and articulate design the other team members. • Proficient with DevOps tools such as GitHub and GitBash for directory creation, code check in/check out.Job DescriptionCreates and leads the technical design and development of software solutions.Proposes & designs software solutions to address complex business needs. Certifications are often desired.
