Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Design, implement and maintain a masking orchestration framework written in Python
  • Write reusable, testable, and efficient code
  • Participate in full development lifecycle from requirements gathering, estimating, design, development, and implementation
  • Perform Unit testing, quality control, trouble shooting, code review and standard data validation practices prior to production release
  • You will implement solutions following software development best practices from start to finish
  • Demonstrates technical leadership to team.
  • Establishes, aggregates, and shares team standards and best practices within department.
  • Utilizes working relationships across teams within their division.
  • Assesses and provides solutions to system-wide architectural problems.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 4-5 years professional experience required
  • 3-5+ years of experience working with modern engineering tools, languages and practices
  • 3-5 years of professional experience with Python required
  • Experience leading teams using modern engineering tools, languages, and practices
  • Experience building and interfacing with RESTful APIs
  • Proven experience in automating tests with using Python or other languages
  • Demonstrated ability to apply design patterns and architecture
  • Software engineering best-practices, including version control, task management, and testing
  • Experience with Flask and/or FastAPI, Git, Gitlab Pipelines. Jira
  • Demonstrated critical thinking, ownership attitude and continuous learning
  • Experience developing solutions using agile methods
  • Mentor for the team and department
  • Sophisticated skillset in one or more technical platforms
  • Capable of presenting between product, engineering, and the business
  • Manages own time to meet objectives
  • Ability to perform peer reviews on code and design
  • Solid understanding of design patterns and architecture
